Terms

These terms cover an order for one AI-made clip and the purchase of a credit pack. They are short on purpose. If something is unclear, write to us before you order.

What you are buying

You order one AI-made video clip of a trend, from one or two photos you upload. The clip is made with Seedance 2.5 through Kie.ai and delivered as an MP4 on this site. We sell clips at $9.99 for 480p and $19.90 for 720p HD. Each order is one payment.

Payment

Payment is taken by Waffo on its hosted checkout page, and Waffo is the merchant of record. There is no subscription and no account.

Delivery

A clip is usually ready within 10 minutes of payment. At peak it can take up to 30 minutes. If a clip is not ready 30 minutes after payment, we count the order as failed and refund it, as described on the refunds page.

No guarantee of likeness

The model rebuilds the people in the clip from your photos. We do not guarantee that the clip looks like them. We do not promise that a platform will keep the sound, either: a platform may mute a track it does not license.

Acceptable use

You may only upload photos of people who agreed to appear in the clip, and you must follow our content policy. You confirm this when you order. We may refuse an order or delete content that breaks the policy.

Credit packs

• 1 credit is one 480p clip. A 720p HD clip uses 2 credits.
• Packs: 3 credits for $19.90, 9 credits for $49.90, 18 credits for $89.90. Credits never expire and need no account.
• A pack gives a private wallet link and sets one cookie in the browser that bought it. That link is the key to its credits, so keep it private.
• A pack is refundable only while none of its credits have been used. Used credits are not refunded.
• If a generation paid with credits fails, the credits it used return to your wallet automatically.

Refunds

The rules for refunds are on the refunds page. They apply to every order.

Limits

To the extent the law allows, our liability for an order is limited to the price you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have that cannot be limited.
