What if my clip fails?
If we cannot make your clip (it fails, the photo or trend is rejected, or nothing is delivered within 30 minutes, or 60 on MiniMax H3), the credits are refunded automatically. The clip is not retried on another model. If the face is clearly not the person in your photo, write to hello@trendremake.com with the order id and we review it by hand. A clip that is delivered but only looks a little different from you is not refunded, because the model rebuilds faces from photos.
How long are my photos and clip kept?
A paid order's photos are deleted with the clip 7 days after delivery. Photos of an unpaid order are deleted after 24 hours, and photos of a failed or refunded order after 7 days. Our model provider keeps its own copies for about 14 days. Nothing is public.
